cant's start zone
 

I installed eqemu on local server. I can start minilogin and when I start world.exe the following is the output

Error: Database::LoadItems() (sharemem): GetItemsCount() returned -1 (You need to get an item database, if you do not, you will not be able to startup the zoneservers)

then when I run boot5zones.bat I can't get the zone start, all the zone window will close automaticlly.

please help~~

You need to load the addon databases, search around the forums for them.. The default database doesnt contain items anymore.

How much more descriptive of an error message do you need than

'You need to get an item database, if you do not, you will not be able to startup the zoneservers'

Reminds me of when I was a lab assistant in college, girl comes and gets me asking me what shes supposed to do.. Look at her computer, and theres a dialog box, with one button that says 'Click ok to continue'
