Starting prep to make a Server.
 

Hello there,

After a long run on live, and a bit of fun on private servers I have deiced i would like to start one of my own, and the help of some other people.

With this being said a few things I feel need to be expressed.
1) this will be a legit server
2) Role players are preferred though not required
3) Factions are HIGHLY important and will be similar to live.
4) Major changes from live/ other live servers
-All classes will remain useful. there will be no port stones or the like ( nexus hub type things may be the exception)
-restrictions on buffs may be lowered or raised.
5) pking may be open past level 15-20 depending

There will be a story to uncover that will lead to raiding, and such.. i am hoping to have a larger rper base then machine player...
