Anyone run across this before ?

I am thinking this is when the guild instance is expiring. I can normally wait 10-30 minutes and can get into a new instance. I checked for a running Guild Hall zone, but there is not one. All of my zones are set for dynamic with a 30 minute zone shutdown time except for a handful of static zones, but this is not one of them.
