EQEmulator Forums - Error 10061!?

I'm getting "Error: LoginServer::Connect: 'TCPConnection::Connect(): connect() failed. Error: 10061" when i run World
I'm on Windows ME and i'm using the latest versions of SQL and EQEmu. I'm TRYING to host my own server and well it's not working obviously =) I've looked at ReadMes and these forums and asked ingame and on IRC

Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.

If you deleted the password from db.ini then ignore the next sentence.

You can't have a blank password for your mysql username in db.ini

Other than that, looks kinda like mysql isn't running, or trying to use the wrong DB name.
