Need some help :/ (Not server stuff)

Couldn't find a nice place for this so:

A friend of mine, when he opens EverQuest, Realplayer.exe starts up... Over and over, to the point it eats all his RAM and CPU... Ontop of that, process blockers wont even stop it from coming up.

Thoughts? :/
