Account hack during break
 

Hi ,

Initially sorry for my english it s not my main language


I have stop playing on P99 a few year ago for wait kunark add on , i try to come back today and i see my account password is not same . So my account has been hack

I know you can't reset account password , but is there any other solution ?

What can i do for play my mage again ?

You may have either,

A. Typed it wrong.
B. Forgot it.
C. Gave your password to a friend to account share.

I highly doubt it was hacked, you probably fall into one of the three categories.

If your Login Server account is tied to your forum account, you can go to User CP, click on Login Server.

Steps in order.(Color Coded)

1. Click on UserCP
2. Click on Login Server Accounts
3. Click on Change a Loginserver Password

Can't do an error with 5678 code really ;) and i have never share my account

my account is tied with forum but i need the last pass for change

Try different passwords that you have used in the past, or contact P99's admins, and see if they can transfer your characters.

will try to contact admin , any idea for this ? MP to rogean ?

The P99 folks can't reset your password, but they could copy a character from the old account you can't access to a new account you can access if they wanted to.

I'm not sure what you asked for, but you want to make sure it's a character copy, not a password reset.
