Large Warp zone found ?

What is this thing called a warp zone ? I notice I run as fast as selos in a few spots and I'm not even a bard. This is probably a noob post but I was just wondering. It gets really annoying sometimes it looks like my character is floating in mid air just skipping across the land. Is there something I need to do to fix this or is this non fixable ?

You would have to give more details, like which server are you playing on, what zone, etc.

Not sure if this helps, but I notice this when I am running around my own private server, but so far have only noticed this if I have #flymode active AND am underwater. Then I am like Aquaman....zooooooom! I just zip through the water super fast and the messages are logged about large warp detected..

The large warp detected error just means the server you are on is recording your movement as a potential hack attempt to warp to another location using 3rd party software.

Based on the description of your issue, it sounds like you are having a multi-core CPU issue. You can resolve it by switching to a client newer than Titanium, or by a few work-arounds to resolve the CPU issue. I think the FAQ in my sig has some suggestions and there are some stickied threads that discuss the issue in depth.

Agreed, when I still had a dual core AthlonXP64, the set affinity fix worked perfectly for me.

Rambly Edit:Part of this warning is due to oversaturated bandwidth on the client end(Whether your ISP is having issues or you are Youtube/Torrenting like crazy), most cases it comes down to the GM's discretion. From that aspect, it's fairly easy to diagnose who has a crappy ISP VS who is using /mq2warp or whatnot. I've had this happen a year ago on a few servers. Just means your runspeed seems different than what the server expects.
