EQEmu errors?
I compiled a 64 bit server.
MySQL 5.0.82 64 bit Perl 5.14 x64 Compiled with VS2012 Ultimaite using Server10 and changing to Releasex64/x64 Latest SVN files I noticed a problem though. Oh, and did a search and there a couple of other threads on this as well.. same issues if I remember .. I was only looking through real fast to see if there have been other instances of this problem. I was editing stuff (refer to lastest posts) I noticed some crashes. Yes, some of them where do to some of the editing I was doing but... I deleted my DB to refresh all the settings and start over incase I messed the DB up. I started a new toon. This time a wood elf instead of a human. Everytime I logged on with the woodelf after a min or 2 I would get a pop up saying Zone.exe has stopped working. Server doesn't shut down but I loose connection and get booted back to the char select menu. I can log on again and get same thing again. Doesn't do it with my human toon in qeynos but I checked the logs and the only error I'm getting is .path files missing in the maps directory. Shows in my server windows the zone I'm in on hold and then restarting. Not sure how far this extends but any clue why? Starting over. 32 bit this time MySQL same vertion 32 bit Perl 5.12 32 bit VS2010 Release / Win32 I guess I use same Server (Server10) See what happens this time |
Do you have global_player.pl in your quest templates?
|
no I deleted it to get rid of the Wayfares msg considering I set the Expantion to 0. Is that why it's doing that?
|
The file must be there. It can be empty if you like, but it must be there.

Mmkay, Expantion should be Expansion....Please correct yourself.........

"Mmkay, Expantion should be Expansion....Please correct yourself.........", should be, "I don't have the decency to be objectively pedantic because I don't know what half those words mean." Please correct yourself.
