question
Im not sure if this is where i post or not, so no flamage please :D
in the readme it says 4. Now from "Winmysqladmin.exe" select the Database tab and right click the area for Databases and click Create Database. Type in "eq" as the database name (without the quotes) and click Create database... the only problem is, when i right click the area for Darabases, create database isnt an option...what am i doing wrong? |
there should be some kind of listing for databases one called Test I think under your computer name on the left hand side. Right click the computer name and that is where you get the "create database option"
(best guess from the info supplied) |
Ok, wherever i right click, heres the options i get Flush Hosts, Flush Logs, Flush Tables and Flush Threads... thats it no create database, tis very frustrating
|
Dunno what to tell you friend, I followed the README and I got it setup without a hitch
Do you see any blue boxes with names? I have Test and eq for databases under the first tab (there are lots across the top for me) Also what version of MSQL are you running? |
I only have test, nothing else, and i am using mysql-3.23.53-win
|
ok right above test do you see anything? right click right above that and see if you get "create database"
|
Everywhere i right click in the window, i just get flush ones, no database things
|
....
|
Well i dont know what to do, ive tried everything i can think of, but nothing seems to want to work
|
I see on my mine " winMySQLadmin ver 1.4 at the top
then lots and lots of tabs, one being databases (2nd from the end) I click on that I see my EMAIL IN CAPS FOLLOWED by my IP then a tree under that with test and eq right click on that and it "should" work I dont know what to tell you other than that. |
try win32 support
|
ok ready, all right here we go go to command type
