Error with skills?
 

I ran into a really strange bug yesterday. Upon creating a level one character I'm receiving abilities I shouldn't be able to unlock yet and odd skill values. (E.g. Flying kick, round house, tiger strike, etc. on a level one monk) I figured it was a client visual error due to a mistake in the database, but I was actually able to flying kick at level one. Also, it's telling me I'm capped on most abilities (some having weird values such as 12/12 and some just being capped at 10/10) What is going on here? I tried a fresh compile and database, yet I'm still running into this issue. Anyone know what could potentially be the culprit outside of my stupidity?
