Peq_repack_1871

PEQ_REPACK_1871 on windows7 32-bit. Is there another thread with the install directions and how to modify to get it modified to populate on the public servers? Im about to start this process on a fresh os install and want to get it right.

nm I got it...but I did have to set permissions to allow the program to make changes to the appropriate files.
