Update to CVS please?

Its been stuck on 66 for awhile and with all of the latest updates to the DB, I would like to make sure I've stayed in sync with the sql updates.

Major item drop rate import from Magelo just happened and is being validated. I would expect CD to push one out as soon as it is solid.

Cavedude told me this morning they were in, I got the Loot and Merchant data imported from live completely.
