Local server crashing after selecting character

Server is running the newest revision, used D2loot to modify lootdrops, boosted some stats with sql queries, machine is running W7 X64 w/ 8GB ram / ATI 6850, prime torture tested stable.

What's happening is after playing a freshly created character for 1-2 hours, the client crashes, then subsequent attempts to log in result in crashes. Made three toons tonight, they all bugged out within two hours of playtime. The emu logs aren't anything at all aside from out of date pointer errors for my toon and the bots. The EQ/Logs/Dbg.txt includes the following...
Code:

[Fri Dec 07 04:10:03 2012]00828:fatal error in main thread Code = c0000005  ADDR=0x006b0af0

I've swapped between Titanium, UF, and the VoA client - they all throw this same error. I've spent the last hour or so digging through the logfiles and that's the only thing of mention I saw. I saw some posts on sony's fourms with this error - it was related to DirectX issues or faulty EQ files that a reinstall fixed. Seeing as all three of my clients are showing the same symptoms, I'm at a loss. Nothing else I play has any issues playing nice with DX9. Any ideas?

Does it happen on any other server or just yours?

Just mine at the moment, which is leading me to believe I hosed the database somehow. I've had this problem in the past on different iterations of my server, but the kicker is I'm not doing anything extreme - sourced the database, the updates, then some simple item stat and rule changes followed by a few passes of D2Loot for extra lewty goodness. The problem always seems to show up after an hour or two, and starts only when I try zoning. The client will crash, and the toon is stuck in limbo.

For giggles I ran memtest and prime again, still no stability issues there. Tonight I'll attempt a fresh DB install and retrace my steps, testing before each each change made.

Update: The Tailored Legendary sacks, ID 124401 - 124618 were the problem. I'm assuming it's either due to the increase slot capacity of them (14) or the charm file id associated with a select few of them. I set them all to 10 slots and removed charmfileids, and no more issues on the Underfoot client.

A rework of the emu inventory system would allow more than 10 bag slots.

I have a basic scheme in mind that mimics HoT/VoA. It will take a lot of work though, but might be better in the long run.

has to be done since we now have a valid client that supports them.

Agreed. However, my fix was just snake oil. Problem has arisen again, back to nuking and rebuilding.
