I fixed 1017 this way!

OK I read in a post somewhere by Aardarven or somethin that if you just simply flag the account, it will fix 1017 error.

I was like no way... but I did, and it WORKED, I was so amazed!

So switch to your directory where eqemu is at in DOS and type:

world adduser eqemu eqemu 200

and hit enter.
Now log into the server using that username and pass and yay!
Just thought this might help so many other people

Actuall that created the account. Which means it wasn't there before. And the reason for your error.



Just flaging an account is
world.exe flag eqemu 200


Anyhow glad you got it fixed
