cant get p99 to load

well after fixing one problem i ran into another. iv done everything in the step by steps ect. but when i hit play it loads up my normal eq an when i try to log in it just says laoding login server please wait an wont load at all. do you have to have a retailed CD to play ? few ppl i know from Eq2 play say u dont anymore but i cant figure out what i might be doing wrong any help would be great thank you :)

which client you trying to use?
P99 ONLY works with Titanium retail client

just the digital DLs iv had for years when u could order or digital DL them from EQ site lol...is the ROF one good yet or still patched ?

acording to the faq u can use to DL version of ROF from steam but it was patched an being worked on ?

the original RoF works with emu. Current one doesn't
