Bunch of my skills don't seem to be working
 

I noticed dual wield wasn't working for some reason on my server and seems a bunch of others aren't as well. I also can't train them up for some reason either oddly they are completely unlisted at the guild masters. The base skills that don't require a guild master to train in them seem to be working, but the others from what I can see don't. I'm using Titanium client in case that's important to know.

Nice thanks a lot that solved the problem. I also noticed when I went to fix the problem though had the same rule_name multiple times with different ruleset_id #'s which is a bit strange I hadn't noticed that before not sure what the different ruleset_id #'s correspond to I guess they tie in to something.
