Account Activation Email Not Sending
 

Help please! I am trying to help my sister create an account. I have made three different accounts and I am not receiving an activation email. I have tried different email addresses and nothing. She needs this email before she can create her login handle/password and play. Any advice on this? Am I doing something wrong?
