Dual Wield

Can some races just not dual wield?

Putting in the special attack for dual wield and no go.

Show me what you're setting the column to. Are you using the old column, npcspecialattks, or the new column, special_abilities?

Seems as though race 361 and 369 won't dual wield.

What do you mean? Like they literally will not attack with both weapons, or what?

Yes. Won't attack with the secondary weapon. Same with race 458 and 366.

All newer Orc models, believe 361, 366, and 369 are all LDoN. 458 is DoDH.

There are races that don't show their secondary weapon or have any animation for dual wield. I don't think there is any code that prevent them from actually dual wielding in the code, but I could be wrong.

It is purely an animation issue.
