GM account = 18 characters?
 

Both of my GM accounts show that they have 18 character slots. However, if I create more than 10 characters the others disappear off the bottom of the list. I can't select them. Is that normal? :confused:

Also for some reason when I use /surname I can't use ` or ' like you can on live. Is that normal?

this is probably client side issue.
Past Titanium clients allowed for larger number of char (if coded on server side), so there could be discrepancy between specific client you use and what our server coding allows

the ' thing could be adjusted on DB side I think.

I am using the UF client. Seems odd it isn't working.
