Whoever still having 1017 problem after Local sever walkthor

after step 6. go aheah load MySql Server , Login Server and World Server, after loading wrold server, go to EQemu folder in Dos promt and type in " world adduser eqemu eqemu 200"
and then type in "world flag eqemu 200"
