Potion Belt
 
I am having a problem server wide where nothing seems to be able to be placed in the potion belt.

ItemType is set to 21
Max Charges -1
PoitionBelt 1
PotionBeltSlots 0

in the character_potionbelt

there are only 2 listing 1 each from 2 different accounts.

Items were Cloudy Potion and Soul Orb. I summoned both and could not get either on my belt either. I haven't talked to anyone who is able to potion belt anything. I am using UF but also tested with RoF2

Problem was in the potions (as all items on a mass field replacement) being flagged as attunable. Removing attunable flag from potions fixed it.
