Boot5zones.bat error 10060

everytime i load up Bat5zones eveything goes fine until i get to world connect it says
WorldServerConnect: Connecting to the server failed. Error:10060
InitWorldServer Failed

Can anyone help me out here?

Ok, I fixed that error, but now everytime i try to log into the world i get automatically kicked off it and put back to server select screen. What am i doing wrong?
