Server Down Listing

I noticed today when PEQTGC was down that it listed the status:

Down (Last Seen: 12/21/15 09:48 AM EST)

However the current time is 8:25 EST on 12/21/15.

So there seems to be a clock or timezone wonkey somewhere.

The whole server list said Down this morning, at one point, not sure what kind of glitch
they had, but login server was down. It was very brief though.

It wasn't a glitch, it was an unposted maintenance of the loginserver.

Oh ok, I wasn't sure what was going on, I couldn't log in to my server with
client. When I seen things down, I figured well, stop my server until I get
an inclination of whats happening.
