NPCs falling and bouncing on private server

I made a quick video if someone would like to check it out, I'm not sure why NPCs keep doing this.

Make sure that your maps folder is populated.

EDIT: That link is old and may not be viable..pretty sure things have changed in 7 years.

to auto install my server, ive made my own server before but never had this issue
