Can't find my server
 

Sorry for the noob question, I am not as experienced at sys admin as I would like.

I followed Akka's setup guide, got perl working and created a start.bat.

When I run the start.bat it concludes by opening a blank eqlauncher.exe that stays up.

I figured that I could then log into my server, however it doesn't show up on the server list.

When I try to run the t_start_server_with_launcher it continues to loop saying that usc and serv are down.

I don't have enough experience to diagnose what I might be doing wrong and I can't find a reference with my problems. Any help would be appreciated.

So correct me if there have been recent changes but 1. there is no t start server with launcher bat file. Secondly why were you making your own bat file? If everything installed right you should have a t start server bat or t start server with login server. You should be able to double click one of those and after lots of loading get 4-5 total windows to come up and stay.
