Need some help, Server_Rules
 

I have the server up and running.. yay!
I created my character, able to use and create bots.. yay x2

now, I've been searching the forums but no one has said the basics..
how do I edit server_rules? I'd like to change xp rates, run speeds, etc
I have Maria DB as per the windows install.. do i need to download a different program to see these tables? what do i do?8)

Heidi sql is an easy way to modify those types of rules. Gives you access to the database in a fairly easy readable form.
