Block has been lifted apparently when you log into another account within a very short amount of time from one, it blocks the IP for safety or boxing reasons. Which I did not know.

Like, you gave ZERO information.

It's likely an exemption thing.

Theres a 60s disconnect timer that takes effect when you log out between switching accounts.

First, this is the site for the development of the Everquest Emulator and has nothing to do with any of the servers listed that you may be playing on. You should be posting your "request" to their server forums or help email address. Even though you maybe using the login server associated with this site, your first contact should be at the server(s) your playing on. If they are not responding to your "request", pick a new server.
