Error when trying to open Gates of Time
 

I'm having trouble trying to open Gates of Time on my MacBook. I have MacOS Sierra loaded on it. Not to be confused with High Sierra. I followed the instructions for downloading the game and added the two Server Specific Files. But when I try to open the game, I get the following Error:

"ERROR! cannot write to Info.plist, there are permission problems, or you are on a read-only volume.

This cannot run from within a read-only dmg file."

Any suggestions on how I can get the game to work?

Hi Rain!

If you right-click on the file folder and choose "Get Info", does your user have read & write access?

And just to be 100 percent sure: you're not trying to run the client from within the compressed file, correct? IE, you've pulled the folder out of the compressed file and stored it locally on your machine?
