Reset Password on LoginServer account please

I have forgot my password on my loginserver account Livrea... My account is activated and SMS is verified but still unable to do so. PLEASE HELP! Thanks

Same issue

Did password recovery, went through the SMS and verified my phone number. Went to reset password and no email as of yet.
