clarity 2 not sticking
 

Strangely, my enchanter can cast clarity 2 on others but it does nothing when he casts it on himself, but boon of the clear mind (group c1) and other buffs do stick on himself. Theres no message or anything. It is my first char and was in pok with buffs on for like 1-2 years.
