EQEmulator will not send an email to verify a new account
 

Hubby tried to make an account here. It never sent a verification to his email. So he made a NEW email account with a different host (first was gmail, 2nd was Outlook). He tried again with Outlook - same issue. Eqemulator will not send a verification email. Nothing in spam, inbox, junk, etc. Can you look into this please?:?

- edit - the 2nd one went through on Outlook. Disregard.

This is still a thing. Two weeks ago, it took me 3-4 different emails (same host, even) before one finally sent a verification e-mail. Girlfriend is going through the same problem tonight.

I looked for a way to [re]send the email when I had the same issue, and I couldn't find it. I did a web search, which pointed to a thread in one of the forums here, and found this link:

I also had problems and tried above link many times, then checked if it gone to some other email inbox like junk mail, but couldn't find it.

Next day I tried again and finally search my emails for "eqemulator" and found 6 emails in a Junk-folder, which I had looked in many times before but couldn't see them for some reason.
