Question about joining servers
 

I'm registered i can log into the server, but i have a few questions.

First off when I get into the server select i select a server but i get an error message that reads:

"Error 1017: Cannot login to the EverQuest server. You may need to re-run the Update Patch. Repeadedly seeing this message indicates a loss of connectivity to the Patch Server. This is usually temporary."

What causes this? and how can i fix it so i can play on these so i can play on these servers. I get this messages with all the servers and yes, i still am connected to the internet.


Secondly do i have to use EQW? Or is there a way to make the EQW screen larger, kind of annoying that the EQ screen is about 6x6 on a 17inch monitor. Can i change the reso to make it bigger?
