Ok, problem with Forever Hacking server...
 

Yes I have patched with the EQEMU Patcher and used that WIN98 fix for it. I can logon every other EQEMU server EXCEPT Forever Hacking. I can create a character but when I go to play them...I get booted to desktop. When I log back on, I can get to the character select screen but still when I go to play it, I am booted to the desktop. Any help?

And sorry if I posted this in a wrong forum I looked over the others and couldnt find a help/FAQ forum exactly for this problem so maybe someone can help here.

just dont play on forever hacking.

There are much better servers out there IMHO such as krushers or freedom alliance.

how come it seems like every other server is either very scarcely populated or locked...
Forever Hacking is always the one I see most populated, but I can't get into it either.
I'm not complaining, just wondering what servers are the best, most populated, FRIENDLY...

ive played FA but the thing is most of the other servers that are sparsly populated are not stable at all.

Krusher's is actually extremely stable in all the time ive played since its been up, its only been down for today. Also ive played for over a year on the old and new FA and that is also stable though im wondering where it went

well i was playing on that dator.net or whatevers server which was semi legit and i was in misty thicket and I looted a goblin warrior and found a Breastplate of Funk with like 5000 AC 5000 HP and 200 to every stat...so Im like cool! I couldnt find it again so I just went on my way...the owner of the server (Funkalicious) comes to me...freezes me, kills me, takes the BP and bans me from the server....aint that somthing? I didnt even know it was illegal and he goes and does it. But now everytime I go to logon to the server i get to the character select and then it boots me to desktop like FH server does....i didnt know i was banned from FH too i never played it

well, that's pretty screwed up.
Maybe he had some personals issues with you, although I wouldn't know what they could be, or even why.
That would make me mad, I hope that doesn't happen to me.
If I see any Breastplates of Funk, I'll be sure not to touch them :)

now i gotta find a dedicated semi-legit server to play until GW is back
