Restricting Items

Is there a way to restrict items, so that not everyone can summon certain items? There probably is a thread already mentioning this, but I can't seem to find it. If there is, can anyone direct me to the right thread so I can start restricting certain items?

Try making them GM items. So only GMs can summon them/Gve them out.
