okay can some eqemu techie please post a solution

The patcher keeps giving that blasted runtime error 53. it says i am missing a file but the patcher wont download the file it says" all ok for eqemu!". Need solution, reading through the board i am not the only one with this problem. please post solution i have yet to get on to the game and i am kinda having a EQ comatose thing happening.
