Need Help with Creating Own Server..

Ok I Downloaded mysql.zip and I unzipped it but Now I Can't install it... Theres a Bunch of Folders I see a File called INSTALL-SOURCE but it asks me what program to run it on... I need help On this please help me

Double-click the setup icon that looks like a computer.
