Please Help me i tried everything it dosnt start
 

when i click EQWin i get this I agree/disagree thing as usual but for some reason now when i get it i cant move my mouse hand click i accept. For some reason it goes ont he entier screen not like in a small window. I changed the EQ client and i am in 16bit color mode, and im running 2.3.2 EQwin... Maybe im running the wrong vs. but please help me =( i want to play so bad and i cant for some reason it wont let me =)
