New GW? Or temp maybe?
 

I was scrolling through the server list unhappily today, when I came across a GW imitation server. I thought "what the hell, I may aswell". I get on, and lo! My characers are all there! I was delighted! My friends were online, it was like GW! I talked to Motts, the GM there, and he said it is GW just on a different server. Then I went LD and I can't see it in the listings any more. I think it went down, but.... Now this leads me to a few questions.

1) Is this just a temp server untill Image gets his back up? Or is this the real thing?

2) Why did it go down? Is it coming back up tonight?

Gah! We were setting up a Nafgen raid when all of a sudden BAM! Blargh that sucks! I was gonna tank her :(

Yea.. that's basically it.

Only Image knows for sure if it's permanent, and he hasn't posted much of late. Speculation: Image will host a server at some point to the public; he always does when he can get useful debugging done.

I think this is the short term permanent. As for why it went down, I have no clue! Check irc chat. People often give quick updates there.

I think it went down because of all the exploiters/cheaters.
