Need a Howto on how to make a GM toon

I havent seen any threads on how to adjust your gear, stats, level, ect this would be great if someone could post a few pointers or if there is a thread they could link, thanks -pycho

mostly a ServerOP/server creator can/would be able to do that, dont know about anyone else
