AA stat raising ability question
 

under the basic AA abilities that raise your base stats, does it raise your base stats so that you wont have to wear stat focused armor, or does it raise the cap on your stats?

Many stats don't work, so many AAs don't work. It's under construction. Give it an update or two (couple months, maybe :P)
