Getting Kicked to Desktop after Char Select
 

I'm getting kicked to desktop on three servers(Tried mercenary, Krushers, and Dil's) whenever I try to create a halfling rogue, and I would assume any other class/race combo. What happened? This was working some-what-fine last night.

If all the zone servers are full, and you are trying to access a zone that is not booted up, you won't be able to get on. If you know for a fact that there are zones available, try restarting the computer and then see if you can get on, sometimes that helps.

I'm having same problem, and even after I restarted.

ya same thing is happening to me, it was working perfectly fine earlier in the day and then it just stopped ive been trying all kinds of stuff and i dunno :x ....hopefully itll just start workin again :?

i have tryed several times on guildwars. Dil's server works, but the disconnections on that server are sucky. A couple servers work but most don't. BTW, is guildwars totally legit, I.E. I can't summon items?

Guildwars is "accelerated legit". You level quickly, but it has limited rights, so you can't magiczone or summon things.

What is a character race I can make where it won't fucking crash to the God Damned desktop.

Remove your EQ installation to the bare everquest.exe and the patcher programs, and repatch EQ to live completely, then repatch to eqemu completely. I hear this works.
