having a problem with greenies

I created a level 60 rogue and was running thru Oasis but was getting my butt kicked by deepwater crocs....Killed by one even. what's the problem with their attacks even hitting me? I had full HOT Armor on and AA abilities to the max...any ideas?

Armor doesn't work. AA doesn't work.
