adding db help

i downloaded a db from here an up to date on read the read me witch says
1. Source db.sql into your database per the readme.html (Found in 4.1 EQEmu release)
2. unzip this to a temporary directory
3. Run Install.bat [database][path]
database -- required mysql database name you want to load the data into
path -- optional path to mysql.exe if it is NOT in c:/mysql/bin/
install.bat /? provides further help
This will take a several minutes, wait for it to finish! Wait for the message saying it is done.
4. Load up EQEmu or Restart world / zones if already running.
5. Join us in #eqemu chat room on irc.eqemu.net

i might sound stuped but i dont understand how to install it could any one help me out please

open up your *:\MYsql\bin\ folder and look got a file called mysql.exe open it up then type create database eq; then type use eq; then type source db.sql; after this it should take like 2 or3 min to do this after it is done type exit then look in your *:\MYsql\bin\ folder for the install.bat then open it up and just do what it says it will take about 5-10 mins to source the rest of your database

also if you get a error opening mysql.exe see if there is a stop light in the conner of the screen by the clock if there inst look for a file in your *:\MYsql\bin\ folder call winmysqladmin.exe open it up and wait tell it loads the do what i said above
