Crashing to Desktop Before Character Select

There have been a few posts about this but nobody seems to have an answer

those 2 guys have the EXACT same problem as me. I have the correct files I just don't see why its doing this (and its not an EQW prob)

Help would be appreciated...

you probably dont have the right files.
