chatroom?

i keep seeing people write about a chatroom....yet i can never find it. can someone please link or tell me where to find it?

I believe you are refering to IRC chat?
you can D/L mIRC , it's a very simple to use IRC program.
There is a link on home page here that tells a bit about IRC.
