Bad Username/Password
 

Ok, so I'm using the new 5997 code and I get Bad Username Password, even though it's the correct password, even created another account and that one didn't work... Suggestions? Anyone else having this problem. Also tried with 5999 and got incorrect versions I guess from patching to live... soo...

trying this too, have the same problem.

dunno what to tell you, if you are using the correct server:
eqlogin1.eqemu.net:5997 and the correct username/passwd you can login just fine, as me and at least 2 other people have been able to.

Ok what is the exact code? Just that? Or is it that then three lines and the thing that says registration servers, etc... all that stuffs

Having the exact same problem. Bad user/pass when I know I am using the correct username and password

Seems to be working for me now :P

The only problem im having is now my user name.. Vinamdarsoulfury doesnt fit on the login screen anymore, it used to but now it only goes to vinamdarsoulfur....

Same over here will get bad U/P. But i can logon on Forum with same account (as u see)

Yeah patching to live fixes this problem, I patched to live as well but it didn't patch properly but eventually it did... so./
