Crash to desktop at login screen

Hey all,

Before I get flamed massively ;) ... I've checked the forums for information on this bug, ,and found people that examine the UIerrors.txt file. I have not found this file on my system.

I've patched to EQlive, and am trrying to connect to my local CVS 0.5.0 server, which appears to be started successfully.
Even attempting to connect to the EQemu 0.5.0 login servers does not appear to work.

After entering my username and password, I am dumped direectly back to the desktop.

Two days ago I had this working, and the only change I can see is that I am operating as a standard user of the system, whereas previously, I was operating as 'Administrator'.

System:
Windows XP
geforce 4 128 Mb
P4 1.8
256 Mb RAM

Any ideas?

Cheers!

I had this problem when trying to use the Korean client with the emulator server (although it would do the same thing with sony's host) I think it had maybe something to do with language versions or something.
