Cant join servers

Ive been playing on fish-wolf server, but today its telling me i need to reconnect to patch server (shows that other people are playing on the server though)
Any idea?

I can't join that server anymore either since I used the patcher. The only server I can join is Sadie's and I LD every 2-4 mins. :(
