Format of collected_items.eqitems file?

What is the format of the collected_items.eqitems file? I was hoping maybe it was the decrypted item dumps that the packet collector sniffed. The post at http://www.everquestserver.com/forum...opic.php?t=282 does not seem to be valid any more.
