#zone no longer works?

Heya. So i used to play about a year ago

And most of the servers that let you have bots. 5x exp and just crazy stuff used to always have the #zone command enabled

But now every server i go to...

by far 1 of the best random servers, 5x exp...

the 2.0s from the way i seen it is set to mob in a zone and the 1 keeps dropping.. here my knowledge on...
